Terms of Service
Disposable service (plates, cups, napkins & utensils) included free of charge on KISS & Light Service orders over $400. Disposable service may be purchased for any order @ 50¢ per person.
“KISS” Menus: Designed for delivery or pick-up of prepared food items. Local (within 20 miles) delivery & set up is $45. A surcharge of 50¢ per mile will be added to all other deliveries. A 6.25% MA Meals tax will apply. Minimum order for delivery is $200
“Light Service” Menus: Offers a wide range of buffet selections while maintaining a casual and convenient atmosphere with disposable dining service. A Shirley Catering staff member will arrive approximately one hour prior to the event to set up the buffet line with linens and chafing dishes. Length of buffet service is 1 ½ hours. Additional serving time, if desired, will be billed at $20 per ½ hour per server. These prices are based upon a minimum of 60 guests; a surcharge of $60 will be added for any event with less than 60 guests. 6.25% MA Meals Tax will apply. A $200 Non-Refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Final confirmation of all arrangements, including guest count, should be made a minimum of 10 calendar days prior to your event.
“Full Service” Menus: Full service buffets, cocktail receptions, and table service meals include all linens and china dining service. Shirley Catering staff will require access to the event facility two hours in advance. Quoted prices are based upon 100 or more guests. For 75-99 add 1.25¢ per person • 50-74 add $2.00 per person • 35-49 add $4.00 per person. A $200 Non-Refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Please make final confirmation of all arrangements, including guest count, a minimum of 10 calendar days in advance to allow us to properly prepare for your event. 6.25% MA Meals Tax will apply.
Barbecue Menus: Everyone’s summertime favorites without the work. Menus include all disposable dining service at no extra charge. Rain or Shine… Shirley Catering may require access to event facility several hours in advance to prepare for event. As with the Full Service menus, quoted prices are based upon 100 guests, and a surcharge will apply if there are fewer guests. There is a minimum requirement of 75 invoiced guests for any barbecue. A $200 Non-Refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Please make final confirmation of all arrangements, including guest count, a minimum of 10 calendar days in advance to allow us to properly prepare for your event. 6.25% MA Meals Tax will apply.
A Travel Surcharge may be added for events requiring more than 1 hour travel time.
*Any food commissions charged by event facilities will be added to your invoice*
Gratuities will never be added to invoices without prior agreement
Final Payment is due upon receipt of services and may be made Cash, Credit Card,
Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check.
